URGO Vietnam Office – Translating Brand Mission into Functional Design

Located on the 14th floor of L’Mak Building in Ho Chi Minh City, the new office of Urgo Vietnam spans 327 sqm and is the result of a full Design & Build delivery by ID Architects. More than a functional workspace, the project is a spatial narrative that reflects Urgo’s core mission in wound care and healthcare solutions.

The conceptual theme “Living with a Wound” served as the design foundation – subtly integrated through an industrial-modern material palette and strategic spatial zoning. Core spaces including private rooms, boardrooms, hot desks, a collaborative pantry and phone booths are unified in a clean layout that supports workflow, flexibility and team interaction.

The layout plan was arranged to maximize daylight exposure while ensuring clear internal circulation. Materials such as exposed concrete, neutral tones and transparent partitions echo the brand’s scientific identity while fostering a calm and focused working atmosphere.

Throughout the 59-day execution timeline, IDA closely collaborated with Urgo to align technical details, brand aesthetics and regulatory requirements. Every design element, down to the printer area or fireproof material – was coordinated with care and delivered with precision.

“The process was smooth and the project was delivered on time with reliable quality.” – Urgo Vietnam
