MTI TECHNOLOGY OFFICE | FRAGMENTS OF HARMONY
FROM LINES OF CODE TO LINES OF SPACE
For the new office of MTI Technology, ID Architects took on the full Design & Build journey, transforming 649 sqm at Etown 6 into a workplace that reflects the company’s technology-driven spirit while staying warm, flexible, and human.
The idea was not to make the office simply “look tech.” Instead, we asked a deeper question: How can the way a technology company thinks and works become part of the space itself?
THE IDEA: FRAGMENTS OF HARMONY
Inspired by Japanese Shoji grids and Origami, the concept Fragments of Harmony begins with simple lines and geometric forms.
Much like individual lines of code or separate modules that connect to create a complete system, each element of the office has its own role while contributing to a larger whole.
Throughout the space, straight lines are folded, softened, and connected into different forms. This design language can be seen in the ceiling features, furniture, meeting areas, and other details, creating a consistent flow from one space to another.
The result reflects the character of MTI Technology: logical and precise, yet flexible and human.
WHERE TECHNOLOGY FEELS HUMAN
A technology workplace does not have to feel cold.
At MTI Technology, natural wood, neutral tones, glass, and greenery soften the technical character of the office and create a more comfortable everyday experience.
The exposed ceiling brings a sense of openness and reflects the technical side of the company, while MTI’s signature green appears as a thoughtful accent throughout the space. Instead of relying heavily on logos, the brand becomes part of the office through color, form, and experience.
DESIGNED AROUND THE WAY PEOPLE WORK
Beyond aesthetics, the 649 sqm office is planned around real working needs — from focused work and meetings to collaboration, connection, and recharge.
Natural light is maximized across the working areas, while meeting rooms and collaboration spaces support different ways of working together. The pantry becomes a social space where people can step away from their desks, connect with colleagues, and recharge during the day.
Every area has a different purpose, but together they create one connected workplace.
FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
Delivered within 54 days, the MTI Technology office represents the complete Design & Build approach of ID Architects — where concept, function, brand, and construction are considered as one journey.
Different lines. Different forms. Different functions. One harmony.
That is the idea behind Fragments of Harmony — a workplace where technology meets people, and every fragment becomes part of the whole.
