MealSuite is a technology platform supporting the food & beverage industry, focusing on integrating operational functions into a unified system to simplify workflows and enhance user experience.

As part of its rebranding phase, MealSuite has chosen to sharpen its focus on F&B, reshaping its brand identity to be younger, more flexible, and more user-centric. The new office serves as the starting point of this journey — a physical space where the renewed brand spirit is clearly expressed before expanding into future environments.

The design draws inspiration from the F&B ecosystem itself: a dynamic network of multiple roles and interactions, always moving in rhythm. Workspaces and teapoints are naturally connected, creating a comfortable environment that supports both focused individual work and quick daily exchanges.

Within a compact 130 sqm, the office is efficiently planned and full of energy. A vibrant orange–blue color palette, combined with logo-inspired design language, brings a youthful and open atmosphere that reflects the new MealSuite mindset — collaborative, flexible, and ready for growth.

Through a full design & build approach, IDArchitects translated MealSuite’s brand vision into a functional and expressive workspace, laying the foundation for the company’s next phase of development.
